Color use blog post

 1. Setting & Background:

At first, the colors are warm and peaceful. The sunset is golden, pink, and orange, making the park feel safe and calm.

As night comes, the colors change to dark and cool tones. The streetlights flicker, and shadows grow, making the place feel spooky and strange.

2. Costumes:

Lila’s clothes are soft, warm colors like brown, red, or green. This shows she is kind, smart, and friendly.

Ethan’s outfit is gray or dark blue, making him seem mysterious.

When Ethan changes, his eyes turn black, his face looks pale, and the light around him seems darker. This shows something scary is happening to him.

3. Props:

Lila’s book is old and loved, showing she enjoys stories and learning. It also makes her feel safe in a world she understands.

The coffee cups seem simple and friendly, but later, they remind us how quickly things can change.

4. Meaning of the Colors:

Warm colors (sunset, Lila’s clothes, golden light) = happiness, safety, friendship

Cooler/dark colors (night, flickering lights, shadows) = mystery, danger, fear

Ethan’sw black eyes = something is wrong, he is no longer himself

The lights going out = Lila is alone and in danger

The colors help tells the story by making the audience feel safe at first and then scared when things change.

A wooden bench sits near a still lake, surrounded by tall oak trees swaying gently in the wind. Scene 1: The Meeting (A golden glow from the sunset reflects off the water. LILA, a young woman in her mid-20s, sits on a worn wooden bench, flipping through a well-loved book. ETHAN, about the same age, approaches with a hesitant but charming smile, holding two cups of coffee.) Ethan: (clears his throat, shifting on his feet) Hey. Sorry to bug you, but… is that The Wanderer’s Tale? Lila: (looks up, surprised) Yeah. You know it? Ethan: (grinning) Know it? I’ve read it three times. It’s a masterpiece. Lila: (raises an eyebrow, intrigued) Most people haven’t even heard of it. Ethan: Well, most people are missi...
