MOVIE ANAYLISIS

                                                                     .WHITE CHICKS.

Hiii!!!! the movie I chose was White chicks the movie is about “ Two FBI agent brothers, Marcus and Kevin Copeland, were unwittingly involved in thwarting a drug bust, leading to an unexpected consequence. To atone for their mishap, they were given a peculiar assignment: accompany two high-profile socialites to the luxurious Hamptons under the guise of protection, with the ulterior motive of luring out a notorious kidnapper. However, the situation took an unexpected turn when the socialites, upon uncovering the true intentions of the FBI, vehemently refused to comply with the plan. Faced with a dilemma and running out of viable alternatives, Marcus and Kevin found themselves embarking on a daring charade. In a bold and audacious move, the two brothers ingeniously transformed their appearance by assuming the identities of the reluctant sisters. What ensued was a remarkable metamorphosis as Marcus and Kevin, originally African-American men, deftly masqueraded as blonde, white women. Consequently, they embarked on a hilariously intricate journey filled with deception, challenges, and self-discovery as they navigated the intricate world of the Hamptons while trying to maintain their newfound and unconventional personas.” The message I got from the movie was everyone is always equal and you should never judge a book by it’s cover. In the film they displayed a variety of of camera angles like, they employed long shots to establish the setting and capture wide-angle views, enhancing the sense of space and scale within the scenes. Additionally, the use of close-ups helped to intensify the emotional depth of certain moments, allowing the audience to connect more intimately with the characters and their expressions. Furthermore, the inclusion of low-angle shots added a sense of drama and power to key sequences, when they added them shots it added depth to the movie and made it more complicated. going on to the scene where Marcus and Kevin were heading to the airport to pick up Brittany and Tiffany before their journey to the Hamptons, they used eye level camera angle this gave the scene more depth and made us feel more equality. After that scene they went to the hotel after a crash and they got cuts on their face. Marcus and Kevin had a over the shoulder moment where they discussed should they impersonate the twins. It skipped to make-up artist turning them into the twins and they were getting out the car and they had a full shot. It made it funnier cause they was acting like girls and they was having a mid shot when they where having a conflict with boys for staring at them so when they got in the hotel and they had a over the shoulder shot when the boy asked for I.D and Kevin and Marcus said they were gonna have a Bf they were really funny in this scene overall they loved , Eye level, close ups, and over the shoulder. This is one of my favorite movies and I loved doing my assignment on this movie. thank you for reading.

Initial script

Setting: A quiet city park at dusk. The streetlights flicker to life as the sun dips below the skyline, casting long shadows across the walking paths. Leaves rustle in the cool evening breeze, and the distant hum of traffic blends with the occasional laughter of parkgoers. A wooden bench sits near a still lake, surrounded by tall oak trees swaying gently in the wind. Scene 1: The Meeting (A golden glow from the sunset reflects off the water. LILA, a young woman in her mid-20s, sits on a worn wooden bench, flipping through a well-loved book. ETHAN, about the same age, approaches with a hesitant but charming smile, holding two cups of coffee.) Ethan: (clears his throat, shifting on his feet) Hey. Sorry to bug you, but… is that The Wanderer’s Tale? Lila: (looks up, surprised) Yeah. You know it? Ethan: (grinning) Know it? I’ve read it three times. It’s a masterpiece. Lila: (raises an eyebrow, intrigued) Most people haven’t even heard of it. Ethan: Well, most people are missi...
